printing photos

Over the last couple of years I generally haven’t gotten very many photos printed, preferring to look at them on my computer screen. What a mistake.

Put your hands together and clap!

I’ve recently started having some of what I think are my better photos printed by a professional service. Not the local drug store mind you, where getting the right color balance is always a crap shoot. But an on-line service that offers high quality prints. There’s something special about being able to hold a photo in your hand and look at it, it’s something tangible and grounded that doesn’t get conveyed looking at it on a computer screen.
